(5) A report prepared under subsection (4) shall - (a) contain information on the financial and non-financial performance of the entity; and (b) be in the form prescribed by the Accounting Standards Board. (6) A report prepared under subsection (4) shall be submitted to the Senate, the Controller of Budget, the Auditor-General and the respective county assembly."}
