I do not think substituting the word âorâ with the word âandâ adds value. When you have the word âorâ you actually have a wider opening for more legislative power. I would have been happy if the Mover had looked at Article 255 and suggested that we remove sub-clause (1) (j). It would enable us to even change other things in future. Right now, we are going to have a tie around our neck that cannot be untied because we are, definitely, passing this Draft Constitution. With those remarks, I beg to oppose."}
