I am really honoured to contribute to the Finance Bill for this year. I would like to reiterate what had been said from your Chair, that this is a very important business. In fact, it is probably the most important business that this House transacts. I would like to thank the Committee for the work they have done. I also want to single out the presentation by the Chair of the Committee. It was, indeed, a good boost to what we have been championing for; value in leadership especially leadership by women. It is not enough to be a woman or a young person. To be a woman in leadership, you have to be a woman of substance. So, Madam Speaker, I am really proud to be associated with this lady from my alma mater."}
