The same way the Government incurs cost in cleaning that blood in order to give. When I leave my house to go to the hospital, the Government does not give me money. That is why Hon. Dennitah said, in the US, you are paid to donate. If I have actually bothered to volunteer and give my blood for free, why should the person I am giving be forced to pay? Is he in order to mislead this House?"}
