Ruth Mwaniki, I understand that the Serjeant-at-Arms had come to tell her that she is inappropriately dressed. I know she has been campaigning very hard for the Jubilee candidate in Kiambaa Constituency. She is not only wearing a Jubilee promotional campaign t-shirt underneath her coat, but she is also in tackies in the House. I think that is not appropriate dress code. While we support the Jubilee candidate, she should have left when the Sergeant-at-Arms asked her to leave, even though she is very exhausted from campaigning."}
