Again, I have looked through this amendment and it is basically not adding anything that is not already covered within D, E, F, I and J. Basically, we are repeating the same thing. I urge that rather than make the law more convoluted by adding things that are already there and repeating, we just have a flow of what was already provided within L, which is generic.
