As to the question of the Motion, I think we are trying to grapple with the mechanism of introducing the draft Constitution into the National Assembly. That was a mechanism which was totally unnecessary. We do not need to approve a Motion. We need to debate the proposed amendments, and then take to the Attorney- General the draft with the proposed amendments."}
