Sakaja comes to reply, to give us some definition of start- up because here, it includes an innovative entity legally recognized by the laws of Kenya with strong growth potential and a disruptive economic model, obviously not ‘the bottoms up’ one. Give us a definition. If this needs to be expanded, then give us that in your reply."}
