When someone applies for a licence, they should be given it in 28 days. I dare say sometimes you find moody people in offices and you want a licence. You then encounter hurdles until some give up. It should not be a situation where people give up on licences. Licenses should be given in 28 days. Should the process start and a document is missing, the applicant should be notified in seven days. The licensee should even be updated on the status of the license application process."}
