I also rarely speak. If you look at the difference between the new amendment and the Motion that was lost this morning, you will find that there is substitution. This morning, we were talking about âdisciplined forcesâ but now it has been changed to read âuniformed forcesâ. The two words mean the same thing with respect to the forces. Therefore, whether it is a uniformed force or a disciplined force, to me, it is the same Motion. Is it in order to introduce the Motion now a few hours after it was lost just because people want to rise when they could not rise in the morning?"}
