Nkaisserry, it says at the end: “Subject to the amendment of Article 24” and then goes ahead and says (a). In Article 24, there are several (as); there is (a) in Part 1, Part 3 and Part 5. Which (a) are we amending? I stand guided because it is not on the Order Paper."}
