That “other written law” is in respect of depriving a person of his life, which can be taken care of under “any other written law”. That person will then include that which became a person at conception. Therefore, the fears about this not having been taken care of can be dealt with under legislation in sub-paragraph of Paragraph (3), which provides for “or other written law”."}
