That âother written lawâ is in respect of depriving a person of his life, which can be taken care of under âany other written lawâ. That person will then include that which became a person at conception. Therefore, the fears about this not having been taken care of can be dealt with under legislation in sub-paragraph of Paragraph (3), which provides for âor other written lawâ."}
