Of course, this cannot happen unless we exempt it from Standing Order that dictates that the matter should be given to a Member and the matter ends there. So, it is a straightforward matter. I agree with the Chair that such matters require the entire House to seize them because they have a significance beyond the constituencies where Members have petitioned. There could be lessons learnt that affect other constituencies. Indeed, I hope Members affected by these Petitions are in the House today. We could be discussing their matter but they may not be here. I see two already. It is good that we will discuss when the stakeholders are here. It is a straightforward matter."}
