Kenyaâs legal rights index was assessed on a scale of 1:10, while the debt of credit information coverage was merited at a score of four on a scale of 1:6. The Private Bureau Coverage was 2.1 per cent of the adult population compared to 2.1 per cent in the previous yearâs report. The World Bank ranked Kenya among the very best in the world on this indicator based on the countryâs framework for legal rights, the depth of credit information and private bureau coverage."}
