Kenya’s legal rights index was assessed on a scale of 1:10, while the debt of credit information coverage was merited at a score of four on a scale of 1:6. The Private Bureau Coverage was 2.1 per cent of the adult population compared to 2.1 per cent in the previous year’s report. The World Bank ranked Kenya among the very best in the world on this indicator based on the country’s framework for legal rights, the depth of credit information and private bureau coverage."}
