For example, it has to go through all the stages in the National Assembly and the Senate before it is assented to by the President. I do not think of a shorter way of doing this. I support that the normal legal procedure be followed so that this Petition is enacted into a piece of legislation. I believe public participation will be conducted as required by the law to enrich it. If somebody or an organization comes up with a Bill, it is not a final document. It has to be improved by following all laid down procedures and eventually it will be assented to. Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. These are my honest thoughts."}
