I know there is a lot of interest on this matter but this is what I want to say: If what the Senator has alleged is true, this would constitute a serious violation of our Standing Orders. However, it should be noted that this is the first time that this matter is coming to my attention in the House. I have not myself, watched alleged manipulated recording or read the publications complained of, but to make any determination on this matter requires a full assessment of the evidence.
