I know that what I want to suggest may not be popular with the public, but if we allow that clause in the new Constitution, the country will always be in a campaign mood. If somebody loses an election, he will go and mobilise the people on the ground to recall the sitting Member of Parliament. If you are re-called, you will go and mobilise the people on the ground to recall the one who replaced you. So, we need to look at this clause very carefully."}
