It is unfortunate that those small-scale farmers may have been affected. However, what draws these pastoralists to those areas mainly is the fact that this used to be their fallback areas; conservationists have grabbed land and allocated themselves. When that part is protected, the unfortunate person will be the small-scale farmer who cannot protect himself. What is happening is unfortunate, but the bigger issue needs to be addressed."}
