I happen to be with Dennitah Ghati in the Special Funds Account Committee. As a colleague, I testify that she has what it takes to be the president of the association of people with disabilities within the Commonwealth. She is a very dedicated Member of the Committee, always contributing and always active even in the field. We go with her to many field excursions that involve the Committee. I am proud that she has been honoured by being given this position. I join my colleagues to wish her well in her new responsibilities. Congratulations, Hon. Dennitah Ghati."}
