Now, when we start saying a natural person who is an employer is exempted, but a legal person who is an employer is not exempted, then you start practising discrimination among employers. I think we should just do away with this amendment. There is no definition. We have defined the terms, “self-employed”, “indigent”, and “unemployed”.
