Section 20 of the principal Act is amended by− (a) renumbering the current provision as subsection (1); and (b) inserting the following new subsections immediately after subsection (1) “(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), Regulations made under this section shall provide for− (a) the minimum amount payable to the Fund, which shall not be less than one hundred shillings; and (b) the procedure of reviewing the amounts of contribution payable to the Fund, which shall not exceed five years.”"}
