(b) in paragraph 3— (i) by deleting the words “and an honorary treasurer” appearing in sub- paragraph (2) and substituting therefor the words “from among members of the Board except ex-officio members of the Board”. (ii) by deleting sub-paragraph (3); (iii) by deleting the word “nine” appearing in sub-paragraph (4) and substituting therefor the word “five”; (iv)by deleting the word “standing orders” appearing in sub- paragraph (8) and substituting therefor the word “guidelines”."}
