The cost and process of getting a title deed is out of reach for the poor and common man. Title deeds have become a preserve for the rich. Could the Government consider, as a matter of affirmative action to the poor, meeting all the costs involved in the processing of these title deeds and issue them out if, indeed, it is a Government for the people and not for the rich?"}
