Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I wanted to speak on almost three clauses, but I may not have caught your eye. My proposal is that I agree totally with Hon. (Dr.) Eseli, Member for Tongaren that, at times, we have to put the Government to task. If we leave it open the way it is, I would propose to the Chair that we have a minimum period of six months and a maximum of one year. If we are specific that way, we will know exactly that they are working within a framework that is agreeable. But if we leave it open, after one year they will definitely seek for an extension."}
