Orengo, that what has just happened on the Floor of the House was totally uncalled for. I draw your attention to our Standing Order No. 96(4) which has been contravened by two of my colleagues. This Standing Order clearly says: “No Senator shall impute improper motive to any other Senator or to a Member of the National Assembly except upon a specific substantive Motion of which at least three days’ notice has been given, calling in question the conduct of that Senator or Member of the Assembly.”"}
