The Fourth Attorney-General came to this House and was proposing an amendment to the Constitution that would remove his own security of tenure. Just imagine an Attorney-General coming to this House and saying: “Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Attorney-General does not need the security of tenure. His Excellency the President can hire and fire the Attorney-General.” These are some history that we must remind ourselves joyfully today because we are dismantling this impunity."}
