Whenever I see some provision which seems to undermine our Bill of Rights, I have to point it out. I hope this will be amended. For example, Clause 8 of the Bill refers to Section 119, 120 and 121 of the Criminal Procedure Code as to the execution of a search warrant shall apply to a search without a warrant under Sub Section (1)."}
