This time round, we have made provisions in this Constitution that secures everybody; those who come from the densely populated areas like my constituency and those who come from the sparsely populated areas like my friend hon. Chachu Ganya’s constituency. I think this document recognises our diversity as a country and the diversity of our regions. Inbuilt safeguards that have been put in this document will help us live as Kenyans together."}
