But what stands out is the creation of the Office of the Deputy Chief Justice. What we have currently is a very critical scenario. In case we went for elections and for some reason, the Chief Justice decides to make a disappearing act, we will not have anybody to step into his shoes. The creation of an office deputising the Chief Justice is, in my opinion, very good."}
