We have been living in this country with the Kadhis’ court from time immemorial. I do not think it has affected Christians in any way. Please, let us not imagine problems which are not there. Let us not say that because Kadhis’ courts have been entrenched in the Constitution, let us also be entrenched there. Kadhis’ courts have been entrenched there because of the unique characteristics of the Islamic religion."}
