First and foremost, I want to support this document without any doubt. Kenyans have waited for this document for a long time. This is the time and we cannot afford to postpone it any more. I believe that my colleagues will rise above personal interests and discuss this document in a very sober manner and pass it. I know there are a number of contentious issues that need to be addressed. Those that we cannot address, it will be nice for us to find a solution or go ahead and pass this proposed Constitution and hope that in future we shall be able to amend it.
