A member of the Tribunal may be removed if the member— of the Tribunal. (a) becomes an undischarged bankrupt; (b) is convicted of a criminal offence and sentenced to imprisonment for a period exceeding six months without the option of a fine; (c) is incapacitated by reason of prolonged physical or mental illness from performing the duties of the office; (d) violates the Constitution; or (e) is otherwise unable or unfit to discharge the functions of the office. It provides for the procedure of removal of members of the tribunal with or without the option of fine. I think we might also have to look at the other way with or without an option of fine, so that it captures as we had agreed. I think that is the import. I hope we are together there. I think we will have to do a small amendment there so that it captures “with or without”."}
