When there is a fine, they will pay the fine immediately and come out. If there is no option of a fine, it means they will not discharge their duties for six months. Or are we saying that any criminal, as far as he is a criminal? Then, I accept “with or without a fine” because they are criminals. So, we treat all criminals equally. Thank you."}
