I will try and request my colleague to sit in for me for tomorrow’s Committee meeting, because this is a very sensitive matter. I think it will be a very rare occurrence because since I was elected Chairman of the Public Investments Committee, I have only missed one meeting when I was unwell. This should be a second time and it will be because I will have other national issues to take care of."}
