We would only be dealing clause by clause if it is a Bill. I am well aware of that fact. I need that guidance because if I am confused and I have interacted well with this Act, I expect that other hon. Members need that guidance. If Mr. Midiwo does not need it, then it would explain why he is extremely--- I do not want to use the word because it is unparliamentarily. But I can tell him outside this House what I think his point of order means. With those few remarks, I beg to support."}
