As provided for in our Standing Orders that we make some comments, I thank you for giving me this chance. As they do that and as I support what Hon. Sossion is asking on the causes of these burning of schools, I am helping or urging the Departmental Committee on Education and Research to look at this issue called delocalisation. I think the negativity of delocalisation is actually maturing. So, as much as they look at the other issues and also concentrate on the students, I want them to look at that. It is because, if you come to West Pokot County, where I come from and where I was born, delocalisation has caused mayhem in performance. The schools are completely underperforming. Can you imagine; if people like the Pokot, who are used to being cattle rustlers…"}
