Last year, I received a complaint from the residents that money had been collected from KATO but it has not been remitted to the council. Instead, individuals pocketed the money. A complaint has already been made to the CID, Isiolo. Could the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government confirm whether that is what happened? I think he has been misled. If he is not aware, could he take up the matter from the CID, Isiolo, so that it is conclusively handled?"}
