So, taking all the circumstances into account, I am prepared to accommodate the Attorney-General for his absence this afternoon because, among other things, he has not been able to “get up” to answer the Question. Mr. Baiya, you know what “getting up” entails. That is compounded by the fact that the Attorney-General may not be so young as to withstand jet lag after flying for that long. So, I will defer this Question to Tuesday, next week, at 2.30 p.m."}
