I am sure my colleague understands. On London, there is no risk of attachment of our Mission property. What there was, was a fraudulent lawsuit filed against the embassy, instigated with the collusion of one of our staff, by a Kenyan residing in London who purports to be a lawyer, but he is not even a lawyer. As you know, Missions are protected from any judicial proceedings under the Geneva Convention. The country in which the mission is based has a legal duty, under international law, to protect the integrity of the Mission and that of the ambassador or High Commissioner and all its staff.
