I beg to move: THAT, clause 28 of the Bill be amended in— (a) paragraph (a) by deleting the words “takes place within five years of the death of the man”; and (b) paragraph (b) by deleting the words “takes place within five years of the death of the man”. This amendment seeks to delete the limit within which a person can use sperms after the death of a man. This should depend on viability of the sperm and it is left open as long as the sperms are viable as consent had already been issued prior to death. I beg to move.
