Murokmen","speaker_title":"","speaker":null,"content":"In the previous Parliament, Hon. Wilson Boit Kipketer was the Majority Leader in the County Assembly of Elgeyo-Marakwet. We all know him because he was an Olympian and won many medals but when he was a Member of County Assembly (MCA), he was just an ordinary guy and could easily be treated like any other person yet he is our hero. I know of three MCAs who are former world champions. Such a county will get an opportunity to establish a County Hall of Fame where a whole gallery will be dedicated to athletics because that is the most dominant sport in that area."}
