(a) Could the Minister outline the Ministry’s proposed restructuring plan for the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) and clarify whether the planned restructuring will result in the organization’s privatization? (b) Could the Minister also provide details of the send-off package for the employees earmarked for retrenchment?"}
