There must be some sort of arrangement. Either he was married to the woman and they agreed to assisted reproduction; or he was a sperm donor but who marries the woman after donating. There must be very clear conditions under which one acquires legal fatherhood. There is a difference between biological and legal fatherhood in assisted reproduction, and I support the amendment."}
