Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended in subclause (2) by deleting the words “the constitution of a community group” and substituting therefor the words “a community group constitution”. This is necessary for correction of some grammatical error and to align an inconsistently used terminology."}
