I just want to state we are not getting equal treatment on this because roads are not being done in all the constituencies. There was a time that this House passed a Bill requiring the Ministry to do 20 kilometres in every constituency. I do not know whether the Chair is aware of that particular Bill. At one time, I was a Member of the Committee on Implementation and I can recall that that particular part of the Bill had not been implemented. I think the Committee on Implementation should revisit it and ensure that the Ministry sets aside a budget for each constituency so that we can experience a tarmac road.
