I just want to mention that he said that, indeed, parts of these proposals were done in the 11th Parliament and that Bill died in the Senate. I wish to remind him that as much as he says I was among those who passed those amendments, at the time the Roads Bill was discussed in the House, I was outside the country. I was not present during both the Second Reading and the Third Reading. Even the former Chair of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing, Hon. Kamanda, knows I was opposed to the question of having a five-year term."}
