Most of our health facilities were unable to cope with Covid-19 especially in the counties. Fortunately, there was a lot of money that was pumped into the counties by the Government to make sure that those facilities are up to standard. I wish the counties and the relevant institutions utilized that fund properly. We would have had better facilities in our counties and the country as we speak today."}
