In fact, three weeks ago I had to intervene in Nyamira and request people from my sub-county of Nyansiongo to travel all the way to Kiabonyoru Ward to undertake that exercise within the ward because of the inability of a number of these people to travel that long distance. I hope the Cabinet Secretary (CS) is listening to us and he will do something to streamline so that all Kenyans who are eligible can become beneficiaries."}
