(b) deleting subsection (2); (c) deleting the words- (i) ―or (2)‖ appearing immediately after the words ―under subsection (1) in the introductory clause of subsection (3); and (ii) ―or county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―as the Commissioner‖ in subsection (3) (g); (d) deleting the words ―or county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―The Commissioner‖ in subsection (4); (e) deleting the words ―or the county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―Where the Commissioner‖ in subsection (5)."}
