On behalf of the people of Mwingi West, I salute our President for that. The President reminded us that epic things can start with small humble steps. I liked the introductory part of his Speech. He started by reminding us of how he started his life. He had mixed fortunes at first. He failed in his bid for a parliamentary seat and then eventually got nominated as an MP. He later became a Cabinet Minister. I do not want to dwell on that much. I liked the part where he said we need to show empathy to each other when we are in the august House."}
